After traveling for two days and eating Krispy Kreme and Panera, we reached Richmond safely! At the first stop on our trip, Brian spoke briefly at the Middle District Association Minister’s Luncheon in Richmond where he shared a bit about his changed life and how God is moving in the state of Vermont. CC met us there and we went back to her house where we have been staying since we arrived on Tuesday. CC, Holly (my sister) and I took the kids to the Richmond Metro Zoo while Brian enjoyed a bike ride along the James River. We will be in VA, NC and SC over the next few weeks talking about what God is doing in Vermont, the least religious state in America.

It was great to see you guys, today!! Doug and I are amazed as we watch Nathaniel and Savannah together. The love of Jesus oozes from each of their hearts to everyone around them. I know one old pastor and papaw who now resides in heaven and is now dancing before the LORD as he hears Jesus speak of these little ones. I giggle as I share this thought with you, b/c he did not believe in "earthly" dancing or at least that is what Doug tells me. The joke between Doug and I is: "Bet he's dancing now!" Can't you just see him praising GOD about the special relationship Savannah and Nathaniel share. Only GOD could have created the bond they have with one another.
ReplyDeleteThank you for allowing us special time with Katie, too. She is absolutely adorable. I did NOT want to give her back. I considered running, but I knew I would not get far..hahaha! There were too many witnesses!
The pictures in this post of Nathaniel at the zoo are precious. He seems to really be enjoying the giraffe's!
Again, Know that Doug and I are VERY proud of you both and all you are doing. GOD will continue to use you in a powerful way! Hang in there....HE will be faithful to go before you and prepare the way!
Hugs, love, and lots of prayers,
Andrea (and Uncle Doug)
PS: I quoted Nathaniel on arise 2 write. GOD will use your little man once again to speak to many hearts all around the world.
